Fees must be paid prior to animal being allowed in apartment or anywhere in the community. $35 Pet rent monthly each.
    • Current proof of rabies vaccination is required prior to animal coming to community. Must provide current proof of rabies vaccination annually. Limit of 2 animals per unit. $25 Pet rent monthly each. All pets must weigh 100 pounds or less at full grown and must not be of an aggressive breed. For puppies, breed standards will be used to determine weight at full grown
