This is a small private stand-alone studio on a beautiful quiet serene 24 acre (dry) property with gorgeous bicoastal ocean views currently working on nature restoration in the most beautiful ways. Enjoy living upcountry surrounded by nature where the views of the ocean and mountains are spectacular. We are less than 15 minutes from the main town, yet up away from the hustle and bustle in farm country. This unit is best for 1 person. The bed can convert from a twin to either 2 twins or a king. Includes bed(s), desk, convertible coffee-dining table, 2 closet hanging wardrobes, bathroom, kitchenette, and a Roku smart TV. On private solar electricity. Tenant responsible for propane gas that heats the shower. Limited shared wifi can be included. We are currently in the process of converting our land to a fully self sustaining food forest using permaculture and syntropic agriculture methods. We have farm animals on property, so cannot accept any other animals. Pets can be considered with pet interviews, an additional $300/pet for a one-time non-refundable pet fee, and an agreement and assurance that they will not cause harm or damage to our property and/or animals. We can allow a fenced outdoor area for pets attached to the studio at tenant's expense. Pets would not be allowed to enter the parts of the property that is not their fenced designated areas. This is a sober property. No mail can be sent here, you will need to get a P.O. box or a way to receive mail elsewhere. No laundry on site. On a working farm that includes farm tours. Shared access with farm and farm visitors. Locked and gated. We will be hiring tour guide and/or farm help in the next several months-a year. If it is the right fit, this could become an opportunity to work on site in the future as well. No guarantees, will need to go through regular interview process etc. Will not do a work-trade. Extra $250/mo. per person who lives in the unit beyond 1 person. If interested, application through zillow is required. 1st months' rent plus security deposit is due at lease signing.
