Tenant pays power and water and will need to order internet. $1700 deposit. No pets or smoking. Provide proof of current employment history and references. OIT students considered with income or parent co-sign. Credit and background check. It will be month to month rental agreement. Landlord will occasionally work on house and some yard maintenace, but it is expected that the tenants keep the yard and grounds trimmed and watered. She will check on the interior every few months, with 1 day advance notice.
