Newly remodeled and 3/4 furnished modern Tahoe cabin with filtered lake views.… South-facing windows, a large 20x30 main level deck, sun sail for summer shade, hot tub, BBQ, lounge chairs, and the property backs up to the National Forest. Private road in quiet neighborhood and a peaceful setting to rest and relax. Parking for two cars and a travel van or small RV if needed. Speedboat Beach is a 10-minute walk away, and the Stateline Lookout hiking trails are close too. The home has a peaked roof and a sleeping loft with a primary bedroom downstairs. The house sleeps four comfortably but is best for 1-2 adults. Fireplace on main level with an office nook, large flat screen TV, and high-speed internet for an additional $50 a month. The kitchen is well stocked for the family chef, although small, there is a floating island and dining table with four sled style leather chairs. The lower level has a new primary master, two large closets with organizers, a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub, a W/D combo unit, and a small outdoor kennel for pets or gear storage. Beautiful views from every window, this is a rare and must-see property! Utilities are not included. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, but generally allowed, not on the furniture or beds please. For any stays that are 30 days or longer, property maintenance is the tenant's responsibility like snow shoveling and defensible space clean up.
