All of our apartments and town homes come furnished with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, ceiling fans and blinds on all windows. We offer balconies on select floor plans. Garages are available for $60 per month. We do provide 24-hour emergency maintenance as well as a 24-hour courtesy officer.

Dogs that are not accepted whether full breed or mixed: Akita Inu, American Pit bull Terrier, American Stafford shire Terrier, Stafford, Am staff Terrier, Canary Dog/Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Shar-pei Dogs must be over 1 year old and have to be spayed/neutered and not more than 75lbs when full-grown. Maximum number of dogs is two per unit or one cat and one dog. If two dogs, maximum wieght cannot exceed 20lbs each. Up to 2 Cats welcome with $200.00 deposit, $150.00 fee, $15.00 rent. Cats must be over 1 year old and have to be spayed/neutered and front declawed. Maiximum number of cats is two per unit or one cat and one dog. Free Off Street parking for all residents. Garages available for rent; $60 for a month to month lease.
