The Killarney is a 1926 brick building located just East of I-5 and South of the University bridge near Portage Bay. It's location allows for an easy commute to UW , Eastlake Ave to South Lake Union, 520 bridge or Capitol Hill. There's a small community patio that has a beautiful and aromatic clematis plant growing up a trellis along the back stairwell.
Unit 201 is situated on the Northwest corner of the building and receives lovely natural light. It has hardwood floors throughout, vinyl in the kitchen, original tile in the bathroom, 2 large walk-in closets and plenty of old world charm mixed with modern simplicity.
At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
