Our home is nestled in a quiet, gated, private community in a secluded oasis hidden from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy the nightlife, fabulous restaurants, diving, fishing, parasailing and countless other activities which Key West offers and then, upon passing through the gate, return to your private retreat. Enjoy your coffee and breakfast on the back porch with breathtaking views of the crystal clear water. Watch the sunset from the private dock with your favorite beverage. This wonderful home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths spread out over 2 floors. The large living area has gorgeous mahogany wood floors with two couches and big screen TV where you can relax, watch a movie or the game and still enjoy tropical views. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel double sink, smooth top stove, stainless french door refrigerator and stainless dishwasher. The dining table is large enough to seat 6 for dinner if you choose to relax at home. The large master bedroom and master bath are located on the second floor with a private balcony overlooking the pool and spectacular open water views. The master bedroom has a King size bed, 2 closets and a flat screen TV. New wood tile is throughout the upstairs with porcelain tile in the bathrooms. A second large bedroom is upstairs with a queen size bed, two closets and bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and a half bathroom nearby. The utility closet downstairs has full size washer and dryer. This hidden gem is an ideal, serene, private getaway but yet close enough to enjoy the night life. Rent bikes, scooters, golf carts or Uber a short, leisurely ride to Duval Street, Old Town, the renowned restaurants, lively bars, beaches, marinas, historic landmarks and shopping. Peak season rates $425 per night, 30 day minimum (per Key West ordinance), plus taxes and cleaning fee. Small dogs considered with pet fee . Stays beyond 6 months not subject to local taxes. Monthly dockage fee ($350) for boats to cover water, electric, etc.
