March Emergency Total: $12,950 (Includes $11,067 Base Rent + Tax + $500 Deep Clean). April Total: $11,250. May Total: $9,950. Note: All rates reflect a "Construction Peace" discount due to the ongoing backyard pool project (M-F, 8 AM 5 PM). The interior is a 2026 new build, fully sound-insulated and pristine. Fees & Security Security Deposit: $11,067 (One month's base rent). Monthly Maintenance: Because this is a new construction with high-end marble and walnut finishes, one Full-Service Deep Clean ($500) is required every 30 days. This is included in the "Total" price listed above. Departure Fee: $500 one-time fee. Pet Policy: Case-by-case basis with a $500 non-refundable fee. Tenant Requirements Credit Score: 700+ required.
