Has a private entrance and is separated from the rest of the house. This one bedroom features a Queen mattress and a Queen memory foam pullout bed in the living room. Washer and dryer available in unit. Full kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator. Walk-in closet with linens. The bedroom and living room both have TVs. We currently provide access to streaming services (Netflix, Peacock) and high speed internet (~500Mbps). Our property has a variety of apple trees dating back to apple orchard days. We've carefully decorated and furnished this area to make for a comfortable stay. If there is more than one tenant, we may need to assess additional utility fees.
