Aloha, we are offering a freshly painted fully efficient studio small simple and sweet.… One bathroom with shower, kitchen with Appartment size refrigerator, dining area with bistro table and chairs and Studio/living space with twin size bed included. Furnished minimally but with all the essentials. Located in Hawaiian Paradise Park on a paved road towards the top of Makuu.
25 minutes from the heart of Hilo downtown and seven minutes to Pahoa town. There are other homes on the property and all offer their own privacy. The unit has its own designated parking space. We are looking for a single occupant that is responsible and can maintain a clean and cared for home.
