Sliding patio doors in bedrooms open to back deck. Furnished with fridge, gas range / oven, microwave, small kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, cookware, smart TV, linens, extra pillows, blankets, kitchen & bathroom starter supplies. Utilities included: electricity (within limits), gas, catchment water, wifi internet, yard service and garbage collection. Furniture in photos included. Portable AC unit is available for your use at additional cost depending on electricity useage. Share tropical fruits when in season. There are no pets or animals on the property but neighboring homes have pets including dogs, cats and other farm animals as this is a rural area. House water supply is through rainwater catchment, filtered to remove impurities and UV light disinfected. Additionally there is free municipal water nearby or or you may purchase commercially purified water. Please inquire with a short bio of yourself, desired move in date and approximate length of stay. After an initial phone interview, a showing can be scheduled. No smoking / vaping, drug use and no pets or animals of any kind.
