Common entry from 1st floor. Your private rental space is the entire upper floor which includes living room, full kitchen, bath and 2 spacious bedrooms. Large patio fronting living room. There are no pets or animals on the property but neighboring homes have pets including dogs, cats and other farm animals as this is a rural area. House water supply is through rainwater catchment, filtered to remove impurities and UV light disinfected.
