All our fully-furnished rentals are offered on a no-smoking, no pets allowed basis and have a 30-day minimum stay requirement. All utilities such as water, sewer, parking, basic cable TV, Wi-Fi, trash service, and electricity is capped at $150/month are all included in the rent for our short term rentals. For our long term rentals, utilities are not included. Exit cleaning fee is $375-450 depending on the size of your rental unit. Our refundable security deposit is usually between $1,000 to $1,500 depending on the size of your unit and it's furnishings. Reservation subject to owner's approval. We have a very limited inventory due to high demands at reduced rental rates but we will do our best to assist you to find the perfect accommodation for your stay. Please contact me to schedule a showing, where we will be practicing social-distancing, i.e., I'll open the unit for you to view and wait for you at least 6 ft. away in the garage or driveway during your viewing. Unfurnished means appliances included, no utilities included. Furnished mean appliances include beds, furnishings, cookware, cutlery, etc. Utilities include electricity capped at $150/month.
