Bellefontaine Ave

I have a room available. You will have access to the whole house, except for my personal area. It is a large 2200 SQ ft house. The laundry room is in the basement. The bedrooms are on the second floor. There are two bathrooms one upstairs and one on the main floor. There is off street parking available, it's a decent sized yard. I have a very large porch with a nice grill set up, and outdoor fridge, a couple rocking chairs and a futon. We will split the utilities 50/50. That includes electric, gas, and water. I have Google fiber, it's included with the rent. You can use my Prime video, Hulu, and Disney plus it's already on the big TV in the living room. There is a dining room and an office with a computer if you need to use it.
