For the World Cup 06/16/26 to 07/12/26 my rate is 1075/ night and you must talk to me personally before I will accept it. 1. No overnight guests (without owner approval) 2. No Smoking 3.The housekeepers have claimed exclusive rights to the stove top! Feel free to wipe up any spills but leave the scrubbing to the professionals let's not steal their thunder. 4. The Thermostat is programed for the most comfort as well as cost effective. Please do not change ...during peak hours from Mon. to Fri. the A/C or heat will shut off at 4pm and come back on at 8pm. 5. Friday mornings come fast and so does trash day! Get those bins to the sidewalk by the fire hydrant unless you enjoy a thrilling, half-asleep sprint in your pajamas. Want to play it safe? Put them out Thursday evening and save yourself the chaos! 6. The property line runs straight down the middle of the driveway so my side comes with VIP parking for two to three cars in front of the garage. And if thats not enough, there's plenty of parking in front of the home too. No valet service, though you'll have to park like a pro! Just be sure to check with the neighbors before setting up camp on the driveway no prolonged parking without their permission. Squatter status not included! 7. This property comes equipped with an ADT security system, so rest easy knowing we've got an extra set of digital eyes on things. As for the basement door, it has both a push-button and keyed access for added security. 8. Absolutely No Pets Allowed.
