2. Smoke-free property: Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, firearms, and illegal activities are not permitted on the property.
3. Booking guest: The person who books the reservation must be staying at the home. Third-party bookings or sub-leasing are not permitted without permission.
4. Exterior maintenance: Our team may perform lawn care or exterior service during your stay. We'll give about 24 hours' notice when possible no action needed from you.
5. Communication: If anything isn't as expected, message us right away so we can fix it most issues are resolved quickly when we know about them.
6. Amenities: All amenities are confirmed working prior to check-in; if a mechanical issue occurs, notify us and allow access $15/day credit may apply if unusable (guest misuse excluded).
7. Utilities: Normal usage is included; excessive use over $250 will incur additional charges.
