Lease Details * Rent: $6000 per month * Lease Term: 12-month minimum lease preferred. * Security Deposit: One month's rent. * Available: August 1st or sooner * Utilities: Tenant paid * Pets: One dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis with owner approval, a separate pet deposit, and signed pet agreement. Tenant is responsible for routine upkeep between scheduled services and keeping the property clean. * Application Requirements: Completed application, credit and background screening, income verification, rental history, and references required. Applicants should have verifiable monthly income of at least two times the monthly rent or otherwise demonstrate the financial ability to satisfy the lease obligations. * Renter's Insurance: Required prior to move-in and throughout the lease term.
