This is our vacation home in paradise, so we are looking for a regular, reliable seasonal tenant (three or six months every year) who will care for and enjoy our property when we are not able to use it. If you want a comfortable and safe vacation home at a reasonable cost with no maintenance in paradise, please inquire. Proof of income and background checks required. This is a non-smoking property.
