I've been a landlord for many years with very happy tenants. I offer month to month leases and assumming that we're a good fit you can stay as long as you wish. Most of my tenants stay for years and become "ohana" or "like family." Rent is 1800/ month and includes electricity, high speed internet, trash and water. A pet may be an option. Let's discuss. Aloha! I have a furnished studio apartment available for rent in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. It has a full size kitchen and shared laundry.… The studio is spacious enough for 1 person and possibly a small dog or 2 people with no pets.
This updated apartment is located on a private residence in a beautiful neighborhood on Hao Kuni Street. The location is very convenient, situated just 5 minutes from Safeway and Costco and 15 minutes from the airport. Because the street has only one entrance and exit off of Palani Road, it remains quiet with very little traffic, making the wide street ideal for sunrise and sunset strolls.
The property sits on over an acre of land featuring mature monkeypod trees and various fruit trees. The furnished apartment itself is located next to the garage and includes a private entrance and its own lanai.
As a resident, you would also have access to the pool and gazebo area. This space includes a waterfall and lighting that creates a wonderful atmosphere in the evenings. You are welcome to use the gas or charcoal grills and pick fresh lemons, limes, papayas, and poha berries growing around the pool area.
The unit can be set up with a queen size bed or twin daybed (shown in pics.)
Parking is available both on the property or off the street.
