1.5 blocks to Kailua beach. Cottage hidden from street view and on the beach side of North Kainalu Drive. Lease can be renewed in six month increments, or month-month after initial 6 month lease. We are looking for someone who values privacy and is clean and quiet. Please, no smoking, vaping or pets. Rent includes all the following utilities: water, electricity, WIFI, and cable ready. Services include outdoor maintenance, and regular pest control service. Outdoor shower to rinse off after going to the beach, yard cleaning, and regular maintenance of super cold AC system. Private and quiet cottage with no shared washer/dryer, or any utilities. Owners live on site, but in house not attached to cottage. A 3 minute walk to the Kai One Kailua beach access off North Kalaheo. Great location if being close to Kailua town and H-3 to access all military installations are of value to you. Mahalo!
