Renting furnished through August. Parking in the driveway, there is another family on the property staying in the bottom floor. There is no subletting or renting to any other guest or party. House Rules: A total of 2 cars are permitted in the driveway. No Pets No vaping, smoking, or use of any drugs inside the home or anywhere on the property. No loud parties. No additional overnight guests allowed, the house has a 7 person occupancy. No large groups congregating at the property. Damages to the property or its contents, other than normal wear and tear, will be charged to "The Guest". The "Owner" will provide a written statement of replacement/repair fees to "The Guest" and payment will be due to "The Owner" for those fees within 3 weeks of receipt of the statement. Keep all windows and doors closed while Air Conditioning is running. Turn off Air Conditioning, lights and lock all doors when leaving the property. "The Guest" will have access to the laundry facilities, and designated beach ware (no surfboards) in the garage but NO other contents in the garage. Please use an outside hose to discard sand prior to coming into the house and limit the amount of sand in the drainage pipes. Utilities included.
