Freshly painted basement room for rent near Liberty State Park & Berry Lane Park. There is a cute little bathroom and kitchenette outside the room and a private entrance as well. The amenities are shared with two working clean individuals. We have 3 rooms, 2 currently occupied. There is no noise and it's very quiet and well kept. We are a lovely married couple who live upstairs and are very humble people, we are tenants of the apartment authorized to rent the room downstairs. This room is located near Liberty State Park and surrounded by transit. It is equal distances to downtown Jersey City and Bayonne as it's in the middle of both! Lovely backyard and sights to enjoy right from the front. Easy access to public transit to all of Jersey City, Bayonne, Hoboken, West NY, and of course NYC. The closest light rails are Garfield Ave & Richard Street stations. Short walking distance to the closest grocery store, laundromat, post office, shops, beautiful parks, and more! Also, we're right next to the stop for the new Via taxi's! *Everything included in rent, all utilities, and high-speed internet. *Must keep your room and any facilities you use clean, must clean up after yourself. *There is a refrigerator near the room and heat. *This room for one person only, no couples, children, or pets allowed. *The person chosen for this room MUST have a stable income. *You MUST provide proof of income for at least six months. (Of course, the longer you can provide that proof the better.) *You MUST be okay with signing a monthly rental agreement & agreeing to the rules we have. *No smoking of anything is allowed inside or around the house. No obsessions or addictions to any drugs or alcohol allowed. No loud music, frequent guests, or overnight guests allowed. This is all non-negotiable. The deposit you are required to pay won't be refundable if you go against these terms.
