This is a furnished DRY retro camper trailer f w/ california enclosed patio / with wood burning stove . ( renter buys their fire wood or gathers fallen wood on property . Guest pay their own propane and any electricity bill over $50 mth.. Our places are 18 miles south of Helena outside of jefferson city overlooking Elkhorn mountains.. NO WIFI ; but u can stream if you have AT&T, Team Mobile, or Cricket. Verizon does not work here i dont think. ? The small 17'camper trailer w/ 9' x 17' cozy calif. Room w/ wood stove . The trailer is retro and cozy w/ great views! Because it has an outdoor compost toilet and solar shower and large container of potable water , it is more like a glamping unit. Our units are spproximately 18 miles south of Helena , 6 miles from Boulder and 45 mi from Butte. Rent here for the summer while you look for a long term rental in nearby towns. Target renter is a vetted traveling nurse , therapist , americore employee, skilled carpenter, roofer etc who works for an agency and is placed in helena etc for short term .IMPORTANT: There are shared spaces including : wood fired hot tub, patios and fire pit! There is Gravity feed water so most places including this one is a DRY cabin with furnished drinking water in each unit. 1 small pet may be considered with extra charge but cannot be left in trailer. 6'x8' outdoor kennel available free. any electric bill over $50 mth will be paid by renter. Guestv supplies own firewood for their unit and hot tub when used . Propane will be paid for by the guest. Note: we do not tolerate parties, alcohol or drug abuse on our properties
