Lease terms

No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property, including but not limited to cannabis, tobacco, vaping, hookah, or any similar products. No illegal activity, parties, or disruptive behavior allowed. Tenants are responsible for keeping their rented space and shared common areas clean and in good condition. No holes, nails, screws, or damage to the walls are allowed without written approval from the landlord. The landlord may conduct a routine property inspection every two months with proper notice to ensure the home is being maintained. Rent is due on the agreed date each month.
