Lease Term This Lease Agreement shall be for a fixed term of twelve (12) months, commencing on the agreed-upon start date. No Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises at all times. Any violation of this policy may result in penalties, including but not limited to cleaning fees, damages, or termination of the lease.
