The living room area has tons of light and large windows but is very private as it faces the rear/side deck and an empty lot (that has no plans for development according to owner) and Snow King views. The furniture is high end designer pieces and an over-sized fireplace flanked by an incredible stereo. There is an enormous custom dining room table that seats 10-12 and a designer desk. 20 foot ceilings and a cool upstairs landing. There are ceiling fans for the summer and the house has excellent natural airflow, so it is unlikely you will use the AC.
The enormous lower level den was excavated with an oversized window wells providing plenty of natural light.
