    Do NOT live here!!!! They don't care if they're having LOUD construction for months at 7/8 am in the morning outside your bedroom window. There was a huge flood and they left the front yards. Sopping muddy pool that goes on your patios. Maintenance is RUDE and takes weeks/ months to fix anything. Their flood ruined an 800$ silk rug , promised to fix it and I ended up having to throw it away!!!! Office staff is nice ,,,,, until you move in. They send you letters about things you didn't do , if they are mad you've made complaints about anything!! I've now tripped over the piece of fake wood flooring popping up , it's dangerous! Then the owner , was informed of all of this and now we're getting warnings about things that are SO UNTRUE. ALMOST 2000$ for a place that's falling apart. We do our own maintenance , have a mud yard and step on dog crap everytime we try to walk somewhere. Oh and one more thing ..... You can't enjoy the pool ; BECAUSE some bright person put 100s of bee flowers around it , so you get darted the entire time by huge bees!!!!
