The Interlakken apartments are a great place to live, as they feature all essentials for living. This includes on-site laundry facilities at both buildings. The property has both off-street and carport parking available. Additionally, extra storage space is available for residents to rent. Rental Requirements Monthly Income: At Least 3x Monthly Rent (co-signers accepted) Security Deposit Based on Credit Score: 625-699 = 1 Month's Rent 700-749 = $1,000 750+ = $500 Terms: 1. Application Fee $55.00 *nonrefundable* paid to third-party 2. Holding Fee of $250.00 applied towards Security Deposit 3. Nonrefundable cleaning fee of $250.00 pre-move-in 4. Cats and dogs welcome!
