A perfect opportunity to live in one of the hottest neighborhoods in LA. "The Avenues" in Inglewood has grown in popularity since the development of the SoFi stadium and it's booming with a great night life, restaurants, shopping, and all conveniently located within 30 minutes of most places in Los Angeles. LAX is only a 10 min drive down the street and you can walk to SoFi, The Forum, YouTube Theatre, COSM, Hollywood Park Casino, and Intuit Dome! The property has a 2000 sqft house on it. The main house is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and this listing is for the adjacent STUDIO (250 sqft). The studio only shares the laundry room and patio/backyard with the main house and has its own private entrance. The house is pet-friendly. We allow non-aggressive dogs of any size as we have a large fenced-in backyard that they love. We have had issues in the past with cat spraying in the house and damaging the flooring. I would be open to consider cats for the right renters but would require a pet deposit in case they spray. There is no smoking allowed in the house, but you are welcome to smoke outside. Utilities are the responsibility of the renters (electric, gas, water, internet). The landlord will cover the cost of 3/4 of the utilities to compensate for the main house apartment on the property. Renter's insurance is required. We are currently offering 1-month leases that will renew month-to-month based on availability. We have it posted on Airbnb and have bookings for July and August so it will not be available during those times. The sooner you put a deposit; the sooner I will block future dates for you.

About the building

You will really love this place! There is so much diversity and rich culture in Inglewood and it is centrally located to just about everything in Los Angeles. This listing is for a fully-furnished studio, located inside a single-family residence with three bedrooms and one large bathroom. The studio is equipped with everything you could possibly need to live comfortably in your new home. We have ample bedding, towels, cookware, activities and televisions to keep you entertained. The house has a very large patio and fenced-in backyard. We have laundry facilities and a recently renovated bathroom. There is a full-size bed in the back of the studio and when you enter there is a futon in the "living room" area which opens to a queen-sized bed. The studio also has it's own private entrance. This neighborhood is safe and a great location. It is walking distance to the SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, and The Forum and we are about 10 minutes from LAX and 20 minutes to beach, DTLA. Our house is very welcoming and warm. The main house, which is accessible off the laundry room, has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom and a private entrance so the only shared space is the laundry room and backyard/patio. There are no shared walls so there is minimal noise from the house. Home is inclusive to all and LGBTQ friendly! This home is truly a little paradise... an escape from the craziness of Los Angeles and big city. It is quiet, quaint, and peaceful. Sitting on the patio with the fresh air breeze is one of the best feelings ever! Did I mention there is an incredible Fuente avocado tree in the backyard. They are the best avocados I've ever tasted and plentiful if well watered! There's also a pomegranate tree, clementine tree, and lemon tree that all produce fruit. I'm working on the grape vine so hopefully it will start producing soon! Are you moving to LA and need guidance on where to live? What neighborhoods are good to explore and which should you stay away from? I'm more than happy to help! We are also a kid-friendly home. We have some baby and kids equipment and toys. High chair, booster seat, slip-n-slide, splash pad, baby toys, toddler toys, books for all ages, etc. We also have plenty of outdoor play things for kids and adults... lawn bowling, corn hole, bucket ball, horseshoe, sidewalk chalk, basketball, saucer swing, paddle ball. For family fun we have jigsaw puzzles, family games (apples to apples, scategories, taboo, outburst, rummycube, UNO, playing cards, yahtzee, cribbage, and more.
