Terms and Conditions: 1. The rent price may vary depending on your requested dates and length of stay. We do not accept long-term bookings. We only accept short-term stays or rentals of 30 days or more. For more details on pricing, please refer to the Rates & Payment Details section in the listing description. 2. No parties or events are allowed. 3. As per the City of Indio Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. 4. Spa heating and pool heating are extra services: $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating which the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, as the heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If you'd like the pool heated, please let us know in advance as it takes 10 hours or more to reach the set temperature. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it's less than 3 days. 5. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning. 6. Minimum 25 years of age to book. 7. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises. 8. No more than 5 vehicles allowed. There is no garage parking. 9. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500. 10. Tampering with noise monitoring devices will automatically result in eviction and a forfeit of all fees paid for unused nights and amenities. 11. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
