Hardwood floors. Your room is approximately 9' x 10', and rent is $900/month plus shared utilities. The home is 912 sq. ft. with one shared bathroom. Additional storage in detached garage Ideally, I'd love to find another young professional or someone currently in grad school who is a non-smoker Preferred Move-In Date: Late July or first week of August! Conveniently located near Butler University, with easy access to Broad Ripple and downtown Indianapolis A little about me: I'm an early riser and usually start my mornings by working out at the gym. I work a typical Monday Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. schedule. Weekends are usually spent around the house, hanging out with friends, checking out farmers markets, or attending local Indianapolis events. Love finding good local eats too! I have a friendly 65-pound black lab mix named Bruno who has free rein of the house, so being comfortable with dogs is a must!
