Third bedroom has a full-sized bed. Upstairs bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower. Summer amenities include a heated community pool, hot tub, barbecue, pickle ball and tennis courts. These facilities are 1/2 block away from the house and are usually open from Memorial day to Labor day (and longer if the weather allows). Diamond Peak Ski Resort is located about 1/2 mile away and in the winter the resort offers a free shuttle bus stop one block from the house that will take you to the ski resort.
