The community features 50 newly constructed affordable apartment homes, including 9 two bedroom units, 38 three bedroom units, and 3 four bedroom units. The property also includes 8 mobility accessible units and 4 sensory accessible units. Resident amenities include a community room, fitness room, and bicycle storage. This is an affordable housing community. Rents are set according to program guidelines and are not based on each household's individual income. Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) are accepted. Eligibility is determined by comparing the household's income to the maximum income limits for the program, which vary by household size. All applicants are screened according to standard rental criteria and all applicable federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws. Equal Housing Opportunity. Lease Term: All leases are for a 12 month term. Residents are responsible for their monthly electric charges. Residents do not need to establish electric service with an outside utility provider. Electric service is established in the resident's name and unit number through Guardian Water & Power at move in. Guardian Water & Power manages all electric billing for the property and mails monthly electric statements directly to each resident. Monthly electric charges are based solely on the electricity used inside the resident's individual unit. Residents are not billed for any common area electricity or shared building usage. Outside agencies are generally unable to make payments directly to the utility company. All electric payments must be made directly to the owner.
