Master Bedroom with a private en suite bathroom and a large closet.… The unit features a back patio (perfect for BBQs), an in-unit washer and dryer, recently painted walls, laminate flooring, a kitchen with all-new appliances, including a dual ice-maker fridge, a large living room, and a common-area television with lots of streaming subscriptions to share. The room for rent is part of a dual-master condo with a shared living space. The condo is inside a gated community. 1 mile from the beach. Even closer to Bolsa Chica Wetlands, Trader Joe's, Huntington Harbour, hiking/walking trails, and shopping centers. The community has ample guest parking, a pool and jacuzzi, pickleball/tennis/basketball courts, a clubhouse with a pool/billiards table, and water features with fish, frogs, and the occasional turtle. Must love cats or at least mine.

I'm a 30 something female that enjoys podcasts, hiking, and petting my cat. I'm also a Search and Rescue volunteer. I recently bought this condo and I'm looking for someone to share it with. I look forward to meeting you.
