Full kitchenette.… Connected to the rear portion of my 4-bedroom house (I live alone) in one of the nicest sections of Huntington Beach (about 2 miles from the ocean). Recently remodeled, and has full-size washer/dryer inside the unit. There's one common wall with the main house (sound-proofed). I'm renting this on a monthly basis, but you can stay long-term if you like (prefer min stay of at least 3 to 6 months). Utilities are included. Includes a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, induction cook top, coffee maker, blender, multi-cooker, electric skillet, and all silverware, dishes, pots & pans, and assorted cooking utensils. Linens, pillows, & blankets are also included. 40-inch TV with Roku, Netflix, Paramount+ and AppleTV. Strong A/C and remote-controlled ceiling fans in both rooms. Full XL size mattress. Good closet space. Looking for one quiet mature individual (prefer someone who doesn't often have guests coming over). NON-SMOKER ONLY, NO VAPING. No drugs or heavy drinkers please. WILL CONSIDER A SMALL DOG (UNDER 30 LBS). Security deposit is $2500, but you can apply it towards last month's rent as long as you give the required 30-day notice. **Note: BE SURE TO READ ALL CAREFULLY & RESPOND WITH THE INFO REQUESTED BELOW. I'm a 76-year-old single retiree, very quiet. If you think this could be one you're interested in, please let me know a little bit about yourself (the more details the better), including job & income details, and reasons for moving (and if you don't mind, please include a photo of yourself). If it feels to me like there's some potential, I'll give you a call so we can discuss details and set up a time for you to come by. Also, I'd be asking for some references before finalizing a lease, and I'm always happy to give you a few of my own if you'd like.
