Tenants enjoy the spacious layouts and views of the city and mountains. High end fixtures, finishes, ample office space and easy access to I-5 are some of the many features. The goal for the lofts design was to preserve and restore certain aesthetic components of the building such as the 100+ year old Douglas fir floors, the timber columns and beams seen throughout the building, and the exposed masonry work reflective of the warehouse district.
