Until you are able to confirm who we are and interested in renting, we will then accept your information to run background and credit to move on with the process. REQUIREMENTS: ALL Adult renter(s) should have a good background, stable income/jobs, and a good landlord reference. For annual rental, first last and security to move in. Will work with someone on the move in cost if you have flawless credit and stable income. Bad credit is ok, if paying a bit extra in a security deposit, will return back at the end of lease term.
