Landlord Access: Landlord lives on-site and will provide at least 24 hours' notice before entering your bedroom or scheduled cleaning, except in emergencies. House Guidelines No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the home. Pets are not allowed at this time. Guests are welcome within a set number of nights per month, but anything longer requires approval. Security cameras are present outside the home, covering the doorstep, yard, and garage. However, there are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.
