Parties & Guests No parties or gathering events Only registered # of guests on the reservation are permitted Unauthorized guests or visitors are not allowed. (allowing them without permission is a violation) Smoking No smoking of any kind anywhere inside the house, garage, or driveway, or near windows. Smart smoke detectors are installed Smoking is allowed off-premises only (Guests must dispose of buds properly) Smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal Noise Low Noise Hours: 10:00 PM 8:00 AM No street nuisance. (Please be mindful of neighbors) Noise Monitoring Devices Installed (Devices do not record audio) Sustained noise over 90 dB for 5+ minutes triggers an immediate alert to guests. This typically only happens with loud music, parties, shouting/screaming, or similar high-volume activity. Repeated violations and disturbances after notification may result in reservation cancellation and removal Normal conversation & TV volume, casual music, cooking, laughing, etc., will not trigger anything. In addition, because of our proximity and fluctuation of weather conditions, you may encounter bugs or small wildlife. We take preventative measures, but we cannot fully control nature, so we do not issue refunds in these cases. SECURITY DEPOSIT or DAMAGE WAIVER (REQUIRED) Guests are required to select one of the following options after booking via the secured Guest Hut portal: - $29 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay), or - $750 refundable security deposit This is a required step for all reservations to complete before check-in and will be collected externally via a secure guest portal.
