Additional pet fees required if bringing a pet. One time fee, no monthly pet fee. $250 You will be responsible for your own utilities. Wi-Fi is the only exception, it will be included in your rent. Ample street parking available. Very safe neighborhood. And you do have your own one car garage for storage. Occasional driveway access as well! One month's security deposit required and one month's rent required for move-in. Rental/credit history and background check will be required! You are allowed to have a signatory especially if you're a student! I'm pretty casual! Otherwise, the lease terms will be standard according to Texas state law. Rent is due every 1st of the month! You can pay cash, Venmo, Zelle, or check. Please note that stairs are required to access the unit.
