High-speed Wifi/Ethernet Connection available for additional charge. Minimum 30-day stay For 30 day+ stays, all adult guests must complete application process and sign a lease. Primary Renter must be 25 years old. Max 8 tenants. Quiet Hours 10pm - 7am. No parties or events allowed. NO SMOKING, NO Vaping, NO marijuana use, and NO illegal drugs allowed in home or on patios and decks. Also, no drunken behavior or firearms allowed on-premises. $500 fine plus damages for this violation. Please smoke near the street (not in the driveway) to avoid any smoke getting near home. No pets allowed due to health and safety concerns. Please use caution around unfenced areas of backyard and gas valve for fireplace. Especially keep young children away. Guest must sign liability waiver for lake and boat slip access. Most importantly, we want you to have fun and create lasting memories!
