It is situated in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, filled with turn-of-the-century houses. There is an empty grass lot directly across the street. The neighbors are very friendly, and really look out for each other. The nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes away. 30 minutes to Ocean Shores. 42 minutes to Westport. Less than 2 hours to Long Beach. Lots of shopping opportunities nearby, from Farmers Market, antique stores and restaurants. House is professionally cleaned by Monte Maid. Linens are washed and sanitized off site at a local dry cleaner. Additional cleaning during your stay is available for an additional fee. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, including the partially fenced backyard. Bedroom Information: *King bed in the Master Bedroom. *Extra blankets and portable fans are available in each bedroom closet. *Each bed has a premium Nectar memory foam, medium firm mattress. TV Information: *3 Bedrooms: 32" Smart TV *Living Room: 50" Smart TV TVs are all equipped with Roku with Guest Mode. You may enjoy the free streaming options, or you are welcome to bring your own login information for paid streaming programming, such as Netflix, Hulu and Disney+. Just enter your check-out dates, and the TV will automatically sign you out of your paid streaming accounts. A gas grill is available for your use on the upper deck. Instructions for use is on the BBQ. We provide one complimentary tank of propane. Note: The outdoor seating is unavailable in the winter months and is stored away. It is available from mid March to early October.
