LOCATION: Extremely walkable neighborhood (walk to eateries, coffee shops, supermarket, newly renovated Manoa Marketplace, etc). Just 5 minute walk away from UH (public access road right across the street to UH's East-West Rd). 20-minute walk to Manoa falls hike, and a 15 min. drive/bus to Downtown/Waikiki/Ala Moana and the beach LEASE TERMS: No smoking/vaping. No pets please. Minimum 6-month lease. All utilities are included in the rent.
