Bathroom slightly compact for taller individuals but functional. Kitchen: Hot plate, convection microwave, Instant Pot, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. No stove due to Hawaii regulations, but fully equipped for daily cooking. Workspace: Foldable desk, dining table, high-speed Wi-Fi, and 50" Smart TV make remote work easy. Outdoor Space: Shared spacious yard with gazebo, maintained landscaping with flowers and local plants. Located in cooler, green Nuuanu Valley. Parking: Two tandem spots for smaller cars rare in central Honolulu. Transportation: The Bus has multiple stops within a 5-minute walk from the driveway. Guest access Guests have private access to the downstairs unit. Shared yard, gazebo, and tandem parking. The upstairs unit is owner-occupied; we are available throughout your stay, except when traveling (then available via Airbnb messaging). Other things to note Minimum Stay Compliance: Honolulu rentals legally require a 90-day minimum. This unit is grandfathered to allow 30+ day stays. Bookings under 90 days are allowed if the reservation covers 30+ days. Community & Noise: Located in a quiet residential neighborhood; please respect neighbors.
