No stove due to Hawaii regulations, but fully equipped for daily cooking. Workspace: Foldable desk, dining table, high-speed Wi-Fi, and 50" Smart TV make remote work easy. Outdoor Space: Shared spacious yard with gazebo, maintained landscaping with flowers and local plants. Located in cooler, green Nuuanu Valley. Parking: Two tandem spots for smaller cars rare in central Honolulu. Transportation: The Bus has multiple stops within a 5-minute walk from the driveway. The upstairs unit is owner-occupied; we are available throughout your stay, except when traveling (then available via Airbnb messaging). Other things to note Minimum Stay Compliance: Honolulu rentals legally require a 90-day minimum. This unit is grandfathered to allow 30+ day stays.
