I am a clean, quiet person looking for a clean, quiet roommate.… This listing is for one bedroom and a private attached full bathroom in a three bedroom top floor unit in a house. Flooring is hardwood in the bedroom and tile in the bathroom. Bathroom is cherry cabinetry with granite countertop and a full bathtub. Electricity and Water is included in the rent (reasonable usage). Full size washer and dryer downstairs (not coin operated, unlimited use) Living room has A/C and large TV with Fiber Optic/ Wifi internet in house. This room is mostly UNFURNISHED. You can have the dresser inside the closet but if you don't want it, I'll get rid of it. Driveway parking very limited and situational. Street parking available. If you have a moped/scooter or motorcycle, there's space. Close to many Bus lines: .2, 151, and 13 to UH Manoa around the block (3 minute walk). 10, 53, 54, 81 about 10 minute walk. 1, 1L, 2L on N. King Street about 15 minute walk. Close to Liliha Bakery, Liliha Food Court, Liliha Times Grocery in easy walking distance. Chinatown 20 minute walk. Please only inquire if you are a clean, quiet person as this is the most important thing to me looking for a roommate. Plus++ if you love food or cooking; I have a grill, large smoker, Kitchenaid professional mixer, restaurant wok burner, All-Clad and Made-In cookware, and more. University Students OK as long as you are clean and quiet. Neighbors are all quiet and chill here.
