The lot is shared with a small cottage in the back that is rented to an awesome neighbor. No shared spaces besides the driveway. Careful thought was given to privacy and you'll likely feel this when on property. We're also thoughtful in choosing a great neighbor for you so that the rare interactions you might have will always be friendly and positive. Small dogs may be ok on a case by case basis but keep in mind there is no closed fence between the home and the street. Non-refundable Pet deposit would be required due to the impact of pet odors, hair, stains, and potential wear and tear to furniture and walls of home. Tenant is obligated to a $500 move-out cleaning fee at end of rental term.
