Single ocupancy. No pets. Utilities included. Prefer traveling nurses or other working professional that work outside of the home (no undergrad students plz). Prefer to rent for 3 to 6 month stays (this is not a long term rental). Parking on site in shared carport. Shared laundry. Fully furnished with stocked kitchen and linens. Any friends or visitors staying more than 3 days pay an additional $60/day, or $200/wk. There is a large dog (intimidating but gentile giant) on the premises. If you are scared of dogs this is not the place for you. Kitchenette without an oven, but there's a hot plate, toaster oven/air frier, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and refrigerator. Renters have never complained about lack of kitchen amenities. $250 deposit reserves the rental and rolls into cleaning fee at end of stay. $500 security deposit, returnable upon departure if no damages. Large, fully furnished studio that is the downstairs unit of a single family home.… Ocean views and Hawaiian trade winds keep studio cool and comfortable. There is no AC. Best for those who work days (not nights). Bathroom recently renovated, freshly painted and new fixtures. Fully furnished with stocked kitchen and linens. Furniture can easily be moved around to accommodate personal style or living preference. Laundry (washer/dryer) is on the shared back patio. Renter has full access to this back patio. Utilities included (water, electric, internet, netflix). The house is within 5-10 min of Waikiki and 10-20 min of most hospitals (for traveling nurses). House is on a hill, so a car rental is encouraged. Parking in shared carport on premises. The house is near a plethora of restaurants in quaint Kaimuki town, and Kahala mall and supermarket are just down the hill. Kitchenette does not have an oven, but there's a hot plate, toaster oven/air frier, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and refrigerator. Past renters have never complained about lack of kitchen amenities. Property owner lives on-site (upstairs). The studio is considered rustic and eclectic with ocean themed decor.
