OUTDOOR AREAS This home includes a private Juliet lanai overlooking the "city" of Waikiki, the Ala Wai canal, and the beautiful valleys on the other side of the canal. Building has security, elevators and an attached, secured garage. PARKING This home does NOT come with parking. The Royal Garden building has in and out valet parking available for approximately $50/day. Please note parking is managed separately by the building and is subject to change at any time.
