The Ohana is rented unfurnished, but happy to discuss a furnished space. The Ohana and the Main House are well positioned on ~1.2 acres of land and the Ohana has its own -cute- "front yard". The unit is positioned at the edge of Kalopa Gulch, makai. There are no (other) structures between the Ohana and the ocean and the view is panoramic. The studio/Ohana has a full bathroom; in addition to the full bathroom inside the Ohana, a wonderful outdoor shower with privacy and running hot water is available to the renter; you can marvel at the milky-way breaking the sky on a dark blue night while having a hot shower! The lanai (deck) on the Ohana faces the ocean and the gulch. The yard is maintained by the owner and fully fenced. Laundry facilities are on the premises - solely for Ohana use. A two-car carport is available for use; there's an additional parking at the entrance to the property. There is also a large enclosed and secured storage area under the house, which can be used by the renter(s) at no extra cost subject to reasonable usage hours. Utilities are paid by renters. The Ohana is connected to county water (it has a meter), albeit, at present two 10K gallon catchment feed the Ohana and the Main House. The Ohana will be professionally cleaned (including windows, and tiled floor) prior to the new renters moving in. Note** No smoking. First month's rent and an equivalent amount as a deposit is due upon signing the lease. Renter(s) pay for utilities. Cats are ok and welcome :). Looking for ~1 year lease. Note** There are two structures on the property: 1) Ohana 2) Main House. The Ohana is situated far enough from the Main House to offer sufficient privacy for the right person.
