Fully furnished small mobile home. The home is on a small quiet dead end street. It is not in a mobile home park.… Home was recently updated with new water heater and mini split air conditioner, newer paint with a cute beach themed decor fully furnished. Includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, Furniture, new Mini split air conditioner, washer and dryer is in the outside shed. Has a large yard with many trees for shade and front screen room and back porch. Has nice screened front porch and canopy for a car. Master is small and has a Queen sized bed and second bedroom has a twin bed. Bath is tub/ shower style. Front room is dual use as a office, dining area or use the futon for guests by closing the louvered doors. Due to size of home I can only rent up to 2 people. This property is right off Hwy 19 (98) and is halfway between Homosassa and Crystal River (Near Harley Didson). It is very close to many grocery stores on North or South 19 and all boat launches and restaurants. I will allow 1 small dog (under 10 pounds) with a $300 pet deposit, Cat deposit is $500 (listing can only show a dog deposit). Short term can be negotiated. House is non smoking! I require the online application to be filled out and I will the contact you quickly. This is a 1965 mobile home but was updated remodeled in 2020. Water, trash. lawn service and up to $100 electric is included (may go up another $30). No internet is included (possible could include in negotiations).
