Holleman by the Park is a small community of buildings located near the corner of Holleman and Anderson (1402 Holleman, College Station, Texas USA 77840). They are locally owned and managed. The residents seem to be a mix of undergraduate students, graduate students, and young professionals. Some highlights of the units include: - Across the street from Anderson Park Close to Target, HEB (nice grocery store), Blockbuster, Starbucks, and other Shopping located at Texas Ave. & Holleman. - Less than 1 mile from Texas A&M University campus with a simple bike path directly into campus. - Less than 1 block from Texas A&M University Shuttle Bus pickup/drop off. - Laundry service next door to units. - We pay water. - We include wireless Internet access at no cost. - Large bedrooms and closets so more space for your money. - Parking is conveniently close to your door, and abundant. - No low-lying water-logged sidewalks to walk through when we get showers. Campus & shopping is close which saves time & driving. We only accept annual leases for the fall semester. Sorry, no 3, 6, or 9 month leases starting in August.
